NCCAR is Member-Driven: Update Your Membership and Participate in our Annual General Meeting Jan. 17, Ottawa

The National Council on Canada-Arab Relations (NCCAR) invites you to its Annual General Meeting. The event will be held as follows:

II. Participate in the Annual General Meeting

 NCCAR Members are invited to the meeting, where we will:
  • Review NCCAR’s achievements
  • Provide ideas and input into NCCAR’s plans
  • Review the financial report and progress
  • Elect new board members
III. Submit a Nomination for Member of Board of Directors 
Please note that you must be a member of NCCAR prior to the AGM for your nomination to be accepted.

A nomination consists of a brief statement of interest and a C.V.

All nominations must be submitted no later than January 8, 2016 to NCCAR.nominations@gmail.com

The membership, nominations and elections process for 2015-2016 will be held according to the current bylaws and in line with the following governance document entitled Board Members: Selection, Profile, Responsibilities and Financial Management.
