It is important that you participate, we are member-driven!

Dear NCCAR friend and member,

In order to continue being part of NCCAR and support its valuable ongoing and expanding initiatives, we invite you to:

Update your membership PARTICIPATE and VOTE in the AGM Submit a nomination for the board
Participate in the Annual General Meeting

Members (see right for membership information) are invited to the meeting, where we will:

  • Review NCCAR’s achievements
  • Provide ideas and input into NCCAR’s plans
  • Review the financial report and progress
  • Elect new board members

The meeting will be held as follows:

Saturday, March 16th, 2013

1:00pm – 3:00pm

Submit a Nomination for Member of Board of Directors

Please note that you must be a member of NCCAR prior to the AGM for your nomination to be accepted.

A nomination consists of a brief statement of interest and a C.V.

All nominations must be submitted no later than Feb. 27th, 2013 to nominations@nccar.ca

The membership, nominations and elections process for 2013-2014 will be held according to the currentbylaws and in line with the following governance document entitled Board Members: Selection, Profile, Responsibilities and Financial Management.
