On May 2nd, NCCAR board member Rula Odeh was interviewed by CTV National News regarding the potential loss of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) from Montreal and the impact the Canadian government’s Middle East policies and practices may have on the fall vote on a bid by Qatar to host ICAO moving forward.
