NCCAR’s dinner was a sold-out success with full house of 50 guests on Sunday, December 8th in Ottawa! During our evening we enjoyed a beautiful lute performance by musician John Shadeed.
We were surprised with a duet performance where Board Member, Dr. Qais Ghanem joined Mr. Shadeed by playing the darbuka (arabic drum).
We also had Ali Roumani speak briefly about his experience as a Parliamentary Intern and Peter Larson discuss his recent “Come and See” tour to Israel/Palestine.
If you missed out or want to hear his beautiful music again, you are in luck! We have videotaped the evening and uploaded the videos on YouTube. Click here to view the videos. (Scroll down the page of the link to view the videos).
